Oí en el bus el 25 de Julio

SIN SOLUCIÓN

Luego de las constantes quejas de la comunidad del sector de San Luis en lo referente a la culminación del puente de 4 vientos, el chofer de nuestro bus recogió a varios pasajeros que salían del debate organizado en el Concejo de Cúcuta en lo referente a este tema. La conclusión es bastante preocupante. El contratista y el Municipio no se ponen de acuerdo y al parecer el tema va para largo.

PLEITO

Al parecer el tema va a terminar indudablemente en un lío jurídico. Las conclusiones del debate en el concejo son en vista de que las partes no han podido conciliar, el contratista debe acabar las obras y si considera que su interés se afectó, demandar al municipio de Cúcuta. La otra opción si el contratista no termina la obra, el municipio podría ejecutar las pólizas de cumplimiento del contrato. En todo caso, los más afectados desde hace dos años, es decir los vecinos de San Luis y La Libertad siguen en la mitad de este pleito y no se observan soluciones a la vista.

LA BOMBA DE SANGUINO

En su visita a Cúcuta esta semana, el senador y precandidato presidencial por la alianza verde Antonio Sanguino lanzó una bomba a los medios locales que demuestra la constante lucha interna que existe en las diferentes facciones del partido verde. Más o menos sin que nadie se lo preguntara, el Senador afirmó que no se estaba estudiando ningún aval para Ludy Páez, dijo a renglón seguido que es amigo del senador Edgar Díaz pero que están en partidos diferentes y que no hay ningún acuerdo para que ella sea candidata por ese partido, descartando de tajo lo que ha sonado por varias semanas referente a este tema. Esta declaración parece a todas luces dirigida por alguno de los precandidatos a la cámara por el verde, interesados en que esto no se dé. Habrá que ver si el senador Sanguino tiene la última palabra al respecto o si habrá otras posiciones al respecto.

CAMBIO DE CUADRILLA

La elección de nueva mesa directiva del concejo no solo ha dejado varías grietas, principalmente entre Jorge Acevedo y el movimiento del ex Alcalde Ramiro Suarez, sino que ha sembrado de dudas a varios concejales. El chofer de nuestro bus pudo constatar que, a raíz de la elección de Oliverio Castellanos, varios se están cuestionando que irá a pasar ahora con la elección de Contraloría que se tiene que dar a inicios del año entrante. En todo caso quien parece controlar el concejo ahora es el ex gobernador y por ahora PRE candidato (Alcaldía o Gobernación) William Villamizar. Habrá que ver cómo se desarrollan las cosas en los próximos meses.

REVOCATORIA BIOSEGURA

Esta semana el Chofer de nuestro bus pudo observar una curiosa manifestación de personas que hicieron gala de sus elementos de protección personal en el Parque Colón. Se trata nada más y nada menos de la brigada que recolectará las firmas para el proceso de revocatoria contra el Alcalde Jairo Yáñez. En redes sociales las discusiones no se han hecho esperar. Por un lado, los defensores del Alcalde, cuestionando el origen de los recursos que financian esta revocatoria, al afirmar que contratar a más de 300 personas para esto durante más de un mes, requiere de mucho dinero. Por el otro lado los defensores de la revocatoria dicen que lo hacen con donaciones de diferentes grupos interesados y que no hay nada oscuro detrás. Lo cierto es que el proceso arranca en forma, veremos si le dan los tiempos.
