Oí en el bus el 7 de agosto

LA PUJA POR EL IMRD

No podemos confirmar cuál pasajero fue el que nos soltó este dato, pero lo que sí sabemos es que la lucha por la dirección del Instituto Municipal para la Recreación y el Deporte (IMRD), cada vez se pone más buena.

Tras la declaratoria como insubsistente de su director Arnulfo Sánchez, por parte del alcalde Jairo Yáñez, los ánimos se caldearon al interior de la entidad y los miembros de la Junta se declararon en desobediencia, pues en el pasado habían ratificado en el cargo a Sánchez.

Según los miembros de la Junta, el alcalde violó los estatutos del IMRD, a lo que el abogado Martín Santos, asesor de Yáñez, respondió diciendo que los estatutos no pueden estar por encima de la Ley y que el alcalde puede destituirle al ser el ente nominador. En todo caso, con la salida de Arnulfo entramos en el terreno de las especulaciones y conspiraciones al interior de la Administración Municipal.

Con Sánchez fuera, entraron al sonajero el excandidato a la Asamblea por el Partido de la U, Alejandro Martínez, con el apoyo de un sector de la administración encabezado por el Secretario Privado, Abraham Ararat, y por el Secretario de Bienestar Social, René Diaz Granados.

También entró al sonajero el excandidato a la Alcaldía de Pamplona, Santiago Burbano, apoyado por dos ramas que cada vez se acercan más, la del secretario de Gobierno Francisco Cuadros, y la del exalcalde de Los Patios y ahora director de Indenorte, y próximo candidato a la cámara (con el apoyo de César Rojas) Diego González, quien entre otras cosas tiene un voto en la junta.

Una última de Arnulfo Sánchez. Fuentes cercanas al carismático dirigente deportivo sostienen que una vez se defina si vuelve o no al IMRD, hará pública su aspiración a la Alcaldía de Cúcuta. Hay quienes dicen que tiene más opciones de llegar a ser alcalde el ‘loco de los potes’, pero pues casos se han visto, gritan desde el Parque Santander con un megáfono.

INDIGNACIÓN SELECTIVA
