LAS DINÁMICAS POLÍTICAS

El bipartidismo político que existía en el siglo pasado, evolucionó en un multipartidismo que cada candidato debe identificar para saber tomar adhesiones, alianzas y moverse estratégicamente para sobrevivir en el panorama.

Hay una pluralidad de partidos con matices distintas que favorecen la democracia y la identidad de las personas en su manera de pensar, pero que también en ocasiones terminan convirtiéndose en partidos de garaje que venden sus avales y llenan sus listas a concejos como si se tratara de un cartón de rifa.

Las elecciones presidenciales y de congreso marcan el panorama político partidista, acorde a como se configure el asunto, regionalmente se mueven las maquinarias y los aliados para buscar su supervivencia y buscar afianzar espacios para mantenerse en el futuro próximo, es así como el momento histórico que vive el país con un gobierno de izquierda, no ha sido leído de la mejor manera en las regiones por parte de sus líderes políticos.

Localmente se encomendó o se autoencomendó la tarea  Alfredo Seade, el pastor evangélico con ideas de derecha en ocasiones extremo, que buscó en la izquierda acomodarse y generar opinión, motivado por aliados locales donde en los mentideros políticos se dice que lo respaldaban algunos amigos del Centro Cristiano, se lanzó  a “precandidato” e hizo varias acciones disruptivas como pintar el malecón con publicidad suya cuando la autoridad electoral no lo permitía y posteriormente propuso la brillante idea de una constituyente que ni el gobierno nacional le respaldó.

Terminó renunciando después de éstas pifias a su candidatura, y ahora se dice que está ad portas de ser candidato a la Gobernación del César, que locura.

Posteriormente hubo unas consultas a la militancia de la Colombia Humana en Norte de Santander,  donde salieron fungidos el defensor de derechos humanos Wilfredo Cañizares para la Gobernación de Norte de Santander, y el activista y comunal Isaac García para la Alcaldía de Cúcuta.

Cañizares con una amplia tarea activista en torno a los Derechos Humanos en la región, preside una ONG tiene injerencia en torno a ese tema, pero no cuenta con la fuerza electoral suficiente para lanzarse a la gobernación;  terminó renunciando la semana pasada a su aspiración y los más probable es que haga una “acuerdo programático” y se una a alguna campaña a la Gobernación en los próximos días.

Isaac García, líder comunal del Barrio Scalabrinni, aún se mantiene en su candidatura a la alcaldía de Cúcuta, aunque lo considero a título personal como coherente y combativo, le hubiera ido mejor si hubiera tomado la decisión de encabezar una lista al concejo de Cúcuta de su partido con actores sociales que hicieron parte de la campaña Petro en la ciudad, pero ya las inscripciones se cierran éste sábado y muy pocas posibilidades tiene de figurar en la campaña a la alcaldía, aunque resulta un envión interesante para un futuro próximo y marcar un liderazgo afianzado en esa candidatura, es obvio que electoralmente no va a figurar.

Las nuevas dinámicas de la política denotan que el gobierno nacional muy poca injerencia tiene en las regionales, mas si hoy las cifras de popularidad y aceptación de Gustavo Petro con bastante deficientes producto del panorama económico, social y político que atraviesa el país en conjunto con varias salidas en falso de sus ministros y aliados políticos.

Cabe notar que ésta región siempre ha sido un bastión de la derecha, y que siempre esa línea de pensamiento político ha mandado la parada en las últimas elecciones presidenciales, pero a nivel congreso y en elecciones regionales se han presentado resultados en ocasiones impredecibles que analizaremos en columnas siguientes.
