EL AJEDREZ DE PETRO: MOVIDAS POLÍTICAS QUE LO TIENEN CON BAJA ACEPTACIÓN PARTE II

CONTINUACIÓN

La solución planteada por Petro para buscar reducir su crisis de opinión pública que explotó con el debate que se dio alrededor de la aprobación de la reforma a la salud fue defenestrar a sus alfiles ministeriales; a todo lo que no fuera de izquierda en su gabinete; tomando la peor decisión en su corto gobierno, devolver a la Universidad de Columbia al Ministro Ocampo; la única persona en el gobierno Petro que me generaba algo de confianza, muy reconocido mundialmente en el espectro económico y académico. De esa descabezada ministerial no tocó a la Ministra de Minas que con sus declaraciones siempre pone en riesgo la economía del país.

Sale de Ocampo y mantiene a Min. Minas, y trae a varios exsecretarios de su Alcaldía de Bogotá; el gobierno del “cambio” salió de sus expertos académicos y tecnócratas y llamó a su séquito de esbirros; siempre dispuestos a decir lo que ordene su patrón, nunca a orientar lo que le convenga al país; salió de sus alfiles y trajo a sus caballos en su ajedrez político.

Pero de esa movida ministerial llamó poderosamente la atención la salida de la Ministra Corcho quien había sido funcionaria de su alcaldía en Bogotá y se había mostrado servil a Petro, pero fue la piedra angular de la crisis de opinión pública del gobierno en el proceso de implementación de su gobierno estilo ”tercera vía”, ya que no tuvo el tacto político para buscar la aceptación de la reforma y esto desembocó en la promoción de archivar dicha reforma por parte del Centro Democrático y Cambio Radical.

Mas recientemente José Féliz Lafaurie declaró que en el recientemente  aprobado Plan de Desarrollo veía  “el fantasma de la expropiación”; lo cual es la muestra clara del final de una corta luna de miel entre Petro y Lafaurie.

Entonces ante éste panorama donde Petro no tiene gobernabilidad, sus congresistas no suman las mayorías y se vienen la Reforma Laboral, la Reforma Pensional, la reforma Política y otras “reformas de cambio” que pretende aprobar a como dé lugar; se mostrará una gran polarización en el país de nuevo.

Ésta polarización tiene dos actores clásicos de bandos distintos.

Por un lado la extrema izquierda que hoy es gobierno pero recordemos que en éste país el poder es pendular y desde hoy puedo asegurar que la izquierda no va a colocar presidente en las próximas elecciones y también deduzco que en las elecciones regional debido a la baja aceptación que tiene Petro con tan solo el 31%, van a verse golpeados políticamente su movimiento y partidos cercanos.

Por otro lado actores de centro derecha que ya retoman un discurso crítico ante las actuales acciones de Petro, sus movimientos ministeriales y sus recientes declaraciones agresivas en sus balconazos; es llamado el Centro Democrático a liderar éstas banderas de oposición, aunque también los Liberales, La U y Cambio Radical quienes suman mayorías en el congreso y vuelven a ésta palestra ya que los dejaron sin ministerios.

Hasta donde va a llegar la negociación y la convicción en un modelo político donde el actual presidente prometía un gobierno de cambio pero siguió manejando el país priorizando sus intereses y aún mas grave con declaraciones populistas que afectan la democracia. Lo mas grave aún, el tufillo de “dictadorzuelo” que expidió en días pasados al desconocer la independencia de la Fiscalía General de la Nación aduciéndola a su resorte, donde hasta la Corte Suprema de Justicia tuvo que darle un jalón de orejas al presidente.

Éste debate nacional continuará y la polarización se hará mas profunda con el pasar de los días y el acercamiento de las elecciones regionales las cuales marcarán el mapa político las próximas elecciones presidenciales. Todo está por escribirse pero lo único que puedo asegurar es que la izquierda no va a colocar el próximo presidente del país.
