El hecho es que luego del remezón que hubo hace cerca de un mes con la salida de la secretaria general de Comfanorte (que llevaba más de 20 años en la caja) y el reacomodo de varios puestos al interior de la entidad que controla el senador Juan Carlos García desde la intervención por parte del gobierno Duque, se ha dado un movimiento que indicaría la negociación de García con el hoy representante a la cámara por el Pacto Histórico Heráclito Landinez, quien es oriundo de Los Patios.

Esta semana el director de la entidad Oscar Gerardino, nombró como subdirector de la Caja a Ramiro Landinez, hermano del representante a la cámara Heráclito Landinez. Por lo visto las negociaciones entre el Partido Conservador y el Pacto Histórico que se han dado a nivel nacional, se están dando también a nivel regional entre las fuerzas políticas tradicionales y el gobierno del “cambio”.

Lo cierto es que aún no se provoca ningún cambio. En la Alcaldía las cosas andan a media marcha porque los secretarios no saben si se quedan, se trasladan o se van. Los pasajeros de esta ruta comentan que se podrían dar cambios en las secretarías de hacienda, infraestructura y por supuesto en la de desarrollo social y económico, de la que saldría Sergio Maldonado quien probablemente aspire a la Alcaldía en el siguiente periodo. El que sigue pensándolo es el director de Imsalud Juan Agustín Ramírez a quien le estaría sonando aspirar a la gobernación.
