Los temas y hechos alrededor de la reforma a la Salud siguen estando en el top de las tendencias políticas del país.

La salida del ministro de educación, Alejandro Gaviria, político y académico que cuenta con una amplia experiencia en temas de Salud y a quien se le señala de haber filtrado a la prensa un comunicado de 18 hojas en donde exponía junto con otros compañeros de gabinete, las críticas al proyecto de reforma a la Salud, deja, además de las caras desencajadas y largas de los coautores del escrito durante la alocución presidencial, la percepción de que a la ¨otrora oposición no le gusta la oposición¨.

El pronóstico del exministro Alejandro Gaviria en entrevista concedida en noviembre de 2021, época de campaña electoral, en la que señaló “El primer año nombra un buen gabinete de unidad nacional. No lo logra cohesionar, pasan seis u ocho meses y no pasa mucho, se le desbarata el Gobierno y Petro empieza a tuitear como loco”, refleja en parte lo que hemos visto que ocurre en el gobierno nacional, donde se empieza a hablar de una posible crisis ministerial que llevaría a la salida de otros ministros, entre estos el de Hacienda, quien es una prenda de garantía frente a la comunidad internacional.

Nada más equivocado para los líderes que rodearse de un equipo que asiente y aprueba todo tipo de acciones y decisiones, sin cuestionamiento alguno.  La posición asumida por el exministro, tachada de desleal por atreverse a hacer reparos y críticas a uno de los proyectos más importantes del gobierno, deja claro que ¨se está conmigo o contra mi¨ y que lo ministros están para obedecer y no para cuestionar pues sus opiniones, como en este caso, no son bien recibidas.

No se cuestiona que el presidente pueda cambiar libremente a sus colaboradores más cercanos pero en este caso, la crítica y la opinión de  expertos  conocedores del tema más que enredar el debate contribuye a enriquecerlo y a construir sobre lo construido, clamor que frente a la reforma a la Salud se ha manifestado desde varias orillas,  Se necesita en todos los niveles, en especial en el regional, una oposición constructiva que aporte y se necesitan lideres que dirijan dentro de consensos y que no avasallen con su poder a quienes tienen el valor de pensar y actuar diferente.

Bien por el exministro que decidió con valentía lo que considera, desde su leal saber y entender, acerca de la reforma a la Salud, la cual debe avanzar en pro de todos, pero sin empezar de cero cometiendo los mismos errores del pasado.

Finalmente, en la comisión séptima de la cámara de representantes se trata de acelerar a fondo para la aprobación del proyecto de Ley, disminuyendo tiempos acortando las audiencias regionales, la idea es que en seis meses se tenga un cambio en el modelo de Salud ajustado a lo que quiere y manda el presidente y la ministra de salud.
