VIOLENCIA EN LA POLÍTICA

Cada vez que se celebran elecciones en Colombia, estas son marcadas por una serie de sucesos que se hacen con el propósito de llamar la atención, desde acciones criminales como aquellas que son de tinte satíricos, todas ellas contrarias a la dignidad humana y que ponen en peligro la vida de los ciudadanos.

Esto no debe ser aceptado en un estado social y de derechos, la contienda política debe estar nutrida por el debate de ideas, que conlleve a la sociedad a avanzar en un conjunto de propuestas que conduzcan a lograr el mayor grado de felicidad de los colombianos.

Las redes sociales han sido protagonistas en estas campañas electorales, desde los candidatos que son tendencia, como personajes de la farándula que se han visto envueltos en líos jurídicos por su desmesura a la hora de opinar.

Tal es el caso de la cantante de música popular “Marbelle”, que en un trino se refirió a la fórmula del Pacto Histórico como Cacas y King Kong, haciendo alusión a Gustavo Petro y Francia Márquez, lo cual ha sido interpretado y denunciado penalmente por el delito de hostigamiento por motivo de raza, religión, ideología política u origen nacional, étnico o cultural.

La libertad de expresión consagrada en el texto constitucional es una garantía de derechos y a la vez constituye un llamado al respeto por los demás, en una serie de deberes que debemos acatar los nacionales y los extranjeros en nuestro territorio, las leyes no se crean con excepción de personas y más en estos momentos de agitación política, cuando el reino animal es el protagonista. ¿Qué a de sentir el presidente Iván Duque cuando de manera satírica lo dibujan como un cerdo, al expresidente Álvaro Uribe en forma de cocodrilo y María Fernanda Cabal personificando un Asno?…nos podríamos imaginar que todas las personas víctimas de discriminación acudieran a los congestionados tribunales judiciales en busca de reclamar sus derechos a la dignidad, una justificación más para la justicia tipo sastre de nuestro país, que actúa a la medida de sus intereses, lenta para los de ruana pero ágil para el encopetado.

Si las elecciones del 2018 se caracterizaron por ser las más pacíficas en la historia de nuestro país, las del 2022 parecen estar marcadas por las más altas cifras de violencias registradas en los últimos 5 años, desde operativos militares del Ejército nacional en el Putumayo, en contra de grupos armados y que las organizaciones de derechos humanos y comunidad en general denuncian de masacre, como los hostigamientos a la fuerza pública en los municipios de Norte de Santander, sin contar las amenazas de paro por parte de las comunidades campesinas de la región del Catatumbo, quienes rechazan la política de erradicación forzada de los cultivos de uso ilícito, por parte del gobierno nacional y la exigencia al cumplimiento de los acuerdos de paz, firmados en La hHabana, en especial el punto uno (1) reforma agraria integral y el punto cuatro (4) sustitución gradual y voluntaria de los cultivos de uso ilícito.

En medio de este panorama sombrío el llamado es a trabajar entre todos para que construyamos un clima de hermandad y respeto para superar la difícil situación sin dejarle espacios a cualquier forma de violencia.
