“DEL NUEVO LIBERALISMO”

Es necesario comentar la reaparición del “Nuevo Liberalismo”, gracias a las decisiones de la Corte Constitucional, después de que el Consejo Nacional Electoral y el Consejo De Estado le negara la posibilidad de recuperar la personería jurídica.

Debo expresar que me alegra la decisión de la Corte, es un fallo que fortalece el actuar democrático y las opciones ciudadanas a la hora de votar. Una medida que deja la puerta abierta para que renazcan algunos movimientos de antaño que desaparecieron por el asesinato de sus miembros y dirigentes.

Pese a esto, no puedo tener una mirada optimista frente a los integrantes y apoyos del “Nuevo Liberalismo”, partido fundado por dos grandes hombres: el político Luis Carlos Galán, y el Ministro de Justicia Rodrigo Lara Bonilla. El partido nació en 1979 con grandes metas y sobre todo grandes principios. Desde su postura de disidencias del Liberalismo y su actitud renovadora de la política, desarrollaron una dura lucha sin cuartel contra las “mafias” del narcotráfico y del poder; y justamente en nombre de esos principios dieron su vida, cada uno en su labor noble.

Así moría el “Nuevo Liberalismo”, como mueren los grandes, en medio de una tormenta de fuego, que marcaría para siempre la historia del país y estaría para siempre en la memoria de todos los colombianos.

Más en este 2021 se viene a revivir la personería jurídica del movimiento, encabezado en la opinión pública por los hijos de Galán (Juan Manuel Galán y Carlos Fernando Galán) y el hijo de Lara Bonilla (Rodrigo Lara Restrepo), que aunque debería alentarnos a pensar de las nuevas generaciones continúan con el pensamiento y el sueño de sus padres, no hace más que preocuparnos y hacernos preguntar si realmente revivió el partido o es tan solo una cáscara vacía controlada por la corrupción y la política criminal de siempre.

Sé que son acusaciones fuertes, más estas tienen su razón de ser, pues tanto Carlos Fernando Galán como Rodrigo Lara Restrepo vienen nada más y nada menos que del partido “Cambio Radical”, del cual ambos han sido senadores y en el caso de Lara, presidente del partido. Se trata de “Cambio Radical”, uno de los partidos más rancios y que mejor representan toda aquella política que Luis Carlos Galán quería destruir.

Como partido, son famosos por ser unos de los principales beneficiados de la parapolítica, a razón de tener a 6 senadores capturados y muchos miembros más del partido procesados. Preocupante también es que aquellos que vienen a representar las grandes ideas de cambio y renovación, hayan sido colegas y apoyo del tristemente poderoso Clan Char y de personajes tan poco Liberales como Claudia Blum, Germán Vargas Lleras o el hace poco capturado Richard Aguilar.

“Grandes banderas con aún más grandes peligros de corrupción y criminalidad”.

Espero que los miedos que aquí se vaticinan sean sin fundamento y no una realidad trágica que termine por sepultar el gran legado de Galán y Lara Bonilla.

    I start with white always goes first and the goal is checkmate. In teaching the moves, I go with the rooks first, then bishop, queen, and king. Then the knights. They go 2 forward and 1 to the side or 1 forward and 2 to the side and same backwards. The pawns I teach last. As I show how each piece moves I also show how that piece captures. Each pawn has a first move etc. I don’t teach any special moves at first–most kids want to play a game as soon as possible.
