LLEGÓ LA HORA DE TRANSFORMAR A NORTE DE SANTANDER DESDE EL CONGRESO DE LA REPÚBLICA.

A los ciudadanos que habitamos Cúcuta y los restantes 39 municipios de Norte de Santander, nos llegó la hora de decidir bien, de votar conscientemente, sin pensar en beneficios personales o familiares, sino decidiendo por un beneficio mayor, que es el bienestar real de la región a través de un desarrollo social y económico que genere oportunidades de empleo, más empresas, mejores condiciones de seguridad, protección de la población más vulnerable y sentirnos orgullosos de nuestro terruño.

Con muy contadas excepciones, la clase política que hemos elegido para el Congreso de la República (senadores y representantes a la Cámara), no ha estado a la altura histórica de los desafíos de región: frontera, factores que desestabilizan su seguridad (terrorismo, narcotráfico, bandas criminales, cultivos ilícitos, contrabando, delincuencia organizada nacional e internacional), pobreza, desempleo, desigualdad, informalidad laboral, deficiente infraestructura vial, emprendimiento, educación y desarrollo tecnológico, entre otros. Estos políticos a los que hago referencia, son sinónimo del continuismo, de la politiquería y la corrupción, élites que solo se han beneficiado personalmente y que, en varios casos, se perpetúan en el poder, convirtiéndose en “empresas” familiares que heredan de generación en generación, las curules ocupadas.

Por eso, si somos conscientes como ciudadanos activos, de nuestra verdadera influencia para generar transformaciones en Norte de Santander, este domingo 13 de marzo votaremos bien y elegiremos candidatos que verdaderamente representen procesos de cambio, transparencia en la gestión y que tengan la capacidad e idoneidad, para liderar iniciativas que beneficien a los más vulnerables, a los empresarios, a los estudiantes y a aquellos que requieren mejores oportunidades para emplearse o para poder poner a andar su idea de negocio.

Mi voto a la Cámara de Representantes será por Francisco Cuadros, 101 en el tarjetón de la Alianza Verde – Coalición Centro Esperanza. Un joven nortesantandereano, politólogo, magíster en Política Social, con experiencia como académico y asesor durante varios años en el Congreso de la República, y quien, como muchos, se formó universitariamente fuera de la ciudad, pero su perspectiva de servir a la región, lo hizo retornar hace algunos años y liderar proyectos desde la acción social y ciudadana, que han impactado a muchos nortesantandereanos.

Con Francisco tuve la oportunidad de liderar su Agenda Programática, compartiendo espacios con diferentes profesionales de la región, de sectores empresariales, gremiales, sociales, académicos, para proyectar propuestas viables en la búsqueda de un mejor Norte de Santander. Consolidamos propuestas importantes enfocadas a:

  1. Capítulo Especial para Norte de Santander en el próximo Plan de Desarrollo Nacional 2023-2026, que posibilite más inversión para el departamento en proyectos estratégicos y apuntando a la reactivación económica.
  2. Frontera abierta, legal y dinámica. Proyectar una ley para que seamos un Territorio de fácil inversión, local, nacional e internacional; gestionar ante los entes del gobierno nacional correspondientes, para que los empresarios regionales, accedan a más oportunidades de toda la oferta de programas e incentivos dados para el desarrollo; incentivos tributarios para empresas que mejoren su productividad.
  3. Cuadrar el bolsillo de los nortesantandereanos, a través de un programa de acompañamiento empresarial para las fami y microempresas que generen más empleo y más ingresos; programas de crédito fácil, barato y rápido (derrotando el gota a gota); mejoramiento de las condiciones económicas de los actuales emprendedores y empresarios.
  4. Gestión de Proyectos Estratégicos para la región, tales como Distrito de Innovación, Tecnología y Emprendimiento; Infraestructura, transporte y transformación energética; Centros de Ciencia y Desarrollo Tecnológico en las subregiones para los niños, niñas y adolescentes del departamento.
  5. Educación y Ciencia como motores de desarrollo regional. Fomentar programas de formación para el emprendimiento y para el trabajo; Infraestructura de calidad para los establecimientos educativos; Menos impuestos para los empresarios que formen a su personal y aporten a la educación.

Con nuevos liderazgos de la mano de nosotros los ciudadanos activos, responsables y comprometidos, transformaremos positivamente el departamento.

LA ADENDA DE LA-ROTTA. Mi voto para el Senado será por Óscar Apolinar, 11 en el tarjetón, Partido de la U, un joven del departamento del Meta, cristiano, con profundas convicciones sobre el rol de la familia en la sociedad y quien lidera junto con su esposa, proyectos sociales que benefician a las personas con pocas oportunidades, en la región de la que es oriundo. Óscar Apolinar, consciente de la difícil situación social que vive el departamento Norte de Santander, se ha comprometido a trabajar en equipo con la bancada que sea elegida, para gestionar iniciativas que beneficien a nuestra región y que genere bienestar social y económico a toda la población.
