OÍ EN EL BUS – 6 DE MARZO

TU VAS Y YO VENGO

Una interesante reunión vio nuestro chofer en la ruta de los diferentes municipios del área metropolitana. Se trató de una multitudinaria manifestación política organizada por la ex candidata a la asamblea Isabel Torrado, quien a pesar de haber participado por el partido liberal y estar cercana a los afectos del hoy candidato al Senado Alejandro Carlos Chacón, dio un salto y ahora está apoyando al senador Edgar Díaz y su fórmula Ludy Páez. Este salto contrastó con el del movimiento encabezado por el ex concejal Juan de Dios García, quien en las pasadas elecciones apoyó a Edgar Díaz al Senado y hoy está con Chacón. La dinámica de la política, unos van y otros vienen.

PELOTERA

El chofer de nuestro bus tuvo que detener su ruta en el Concejo Municipal para deleitarse con la pelotera que armaron los concejales por cuenta de la conformación de las diferentes comisiones y por ende de la coalición mayoritaria al interior del cabildo. La pelea ha estado bastante subida de tono al punto que han preferido no dejar entrar a los medios de comunicación.

BATALLA CAMPAL

Los bandos que se enfrentan son los del actual presidente de la corporación Oliverio Castellanos, respaldado principalmente por los Concejales Leonardo Jácome y Nelson Ovalles. Este triunvirato se ha jactado de manejar los hilos del concejo desde hace ya un par de períodos, y desean seguir imponiéndose sobre el otro grupo de Concejales que son en su mayoría primerizos y que quisieran renovar las posiciones al interior del cabildo. Estos últimos, tendrían la mayoría, pero el presidente del Concejo se estaría extralimitando en sus funciones, para torpedear el nombramiento de las comisiones. Las peleas han estado bastante subidas de tono, incluso a través de Facebook live y algunos afirman que las posiciones autoritarias tomadas por Oliverio podrían estar por fuera de la ley, por lo que se vendrían investigaciones de los entes de control.

LA MANZANA DE LA DISCORDIA

Los concejales más veteranos alegan que el reglamento del concejo dice que las comisiones deben hacerse por coeficiente electoral, mientras que la mayoría de los concejales, encabezados por algunos novatos afirman que las comisiones de la Corporación pueden elegirse por proposiciones como se ha venido haciendo en los últimos años incluso por los mismos que hoy se oponen. Esa es la manzana de la discordia que los tiene peleando como perros y gatos.

MAL DETALLE

Muy mal detalle el que tuvo el Ministro del Deporte Guillermo Herrera, con el profesor Jorge Luis Pinto y la fundación Amigos del Cúcuta Deportivo. Mientras que el gran desgaste para el regreso del equipo lo ha hecho la Fundación en cabeza del profe Pinto, y que este último incluso organizó la rueda de prensa que hubo el jueves de esta semana para el propio Ministro, faltando una hora para el inicio del evento, el asesor de prensa del ministerio decidió pedirle al profe que no asistiera ya que era un “evento de gobierno”. Se nota el oportunismo político del Ministro en este tema y el afán de protagonismo.

TELEFONO ROTO O CORTO CIRCUITO

Esto es lo que ha escuchado el chofer de nuestro bus en referencia a lo que ocurre en la Alcaldía con la relación entre los diferentes secretarios y la jefe de la oficina TIC del municipio Mónica Fonseca. La queja es general, todos los procesos internos relacionados con tecnología se encuentran atascados por cuenta de la jefe TIC. Incluso varios empleados, han manifestado que las oficinas nuevas del Hotel Tonchalá no cuentan aún con internet y este debe ser regalado por los empleados y contratistas de sus celulares. El nuevo sistema de PQR de la Alcaldía ha sido un fracaso, y se presentan atrasos en diferentes dependencias. Al parecer la jefe de las TIC quiere tener injerencia en varios frentes que se salen de su resorte.

EL MARCHANTE

Para solucionar el problema de la violencia e inseguridad que azota a la región y que llegó a su pico con el paro armado de finales de febrero, al Gobernador de Norte de Santander, se le ocurrió la idea de hacer una marcha por la paz. Si bien, marchar es una forma de rechazo, nos gustaría ver más activo al Gobernador solicitando ayuda al Gobierno Nacional o diseñando un plan de choque para recuperar la seguridad perdida en el departamento.

LAS CUENTAS DEL GENERAL
