Esta usando mal el concepto de “estadísticamente significativo” . Este no tiene que ver con si a usted le parecen o no importantes un número de muertes (que es bien cínico), igual de mal a decir que los 200 lideres sociales asesinados “no son estadísticamente significativos” pues existen más muertes por robos de celular. Cuando se habla de significancia estadística se hace referencia a la diferencia entre dos grupos o variables (en una prueba de hipótesis, por ejemplo) y que dicha diferencia es de una magnitud que hace pensar que esa relación entre las dos variables no está mediada por la casualidad. Por ejemplo, la edad y la posibilidad de tener x enfermedad. Entre más mayor la persona, más x enfermedad, siendo estadísticamente significativa la relación.

Está usando (mal) conceptos estadísticos para justificar sus posturas morales.

Así mismo, las políticas publicas no se formulan contrastando cuántos muertos existen de un lado o del otro. Me refiero a esta afirmación suya: “ por lo tanto (90.00 muertes), no se puede configurar como un problema de salud pública que demande una legislación”. Un problema público no se define así.
Las políticas públicas (que responden a problemas públicos, en eso está usted en lo cierto) se formulan si existen fallas de mercado (externalidades negativas, por ejemplo: un negocio informal de abortos) o vulneraciones a los derechos (que también las hay en este caso, muchqs, por ejemplo el derecho a la salud, pero entiendo que acá su postura es distinta). Tenga en cuenta existen políticas publicas formuladas con base a poblaciones muchísimo menores a las 90.000 que a ud. cita.

Además, desde ambas posturas (proaborto y en contra del aborto) se pide legislación, unos para prohibir, otrxs para permitir el aborto. Creo que aquí (al decir que no se demanda legislación) es dónde más alejado de la realidad está usted.

Reemplaza esos argumentos con una ridícula idea de eugenesia. ¿De dónde saca usted que las millones de mujeres argentinas estaban movilizadas por la eugenesia?
¿Cómo relaciona eugenesia y aborto en el caso del debate actual?

Una cosa es oponerse al aborto Y dar argumentos para oponerse. Otra cosa es oponerse a través de deslegitimar a la persona con la que debato. “Es que lo que ellas quieren es hacer eugenesia”, ¿qué? No he escuchado a la primera persona que defienda el aborto bajo esta premisa.

Si le estoy leyendo mal, perdón. Genuinamente no entiendo de dónde saca esta afirmación “ Para hablar sobre la liberalización del aborto debemos enlazarlo al concepto de eugenesia”. ¿Debemos?
