EL OCASO DE LA PAZ TOTAL

La voluntad y los buenos gestos de paz, por parte del gobierno de Gustavo Petro con los grupos armados no ha tenido el éxito que se esperaba, cada día, mas colombianos nos convencemos que la paz total es una Utopía, siempre y cuando se siga obrando con la mano tendida por parte del estado.

Ni el romanticismo de las cartas escritas por el comisionado de paz, Danilo Rueda, va a llevar a la gente de Iván Mordisco, ni a los miembros del ELN, a parar las atrocidades, que cometen en nombre de la justicia social, según informes de agencias de inteligencia de Colombia, las disidencias de las farc, durante el “cese bilateral al fuego “cometieron, 225 violaciones, en las que se incluyen 33 asesinatos, 29 sobre civiles y 4 miembros de la fuerza pública, dos policías y dos militares, sin contar los ocurridos y presentados después de ese informe.

La desacertada medida por parte del presidente de la república Gustavo Petro, de suspender el cese bilateral al fuego con las disidencias de las farc, en cuatro departamentos del país, Putumayo, Caquetá, Guaviare y Meta, luego de que se confirmara el asesinato de cuatro menores de edad, pertenecientes a la etnia indígena Murui, en el departamento del putumayo, a manos de la estructura criminal, frente Carolina Ramírez, del estado mayor central, como se le conoce a una fracción de las antiguas farc; esta errada decisión mas que ridícula, se puede interpretar como un claro desafío, por parte del gobierno nacional, al grupo armado, lo que los lleva a justificar el uso de la violencia como es de costumbre, en contra de la fuerza publica y sobre la población civil, mostrando la cohesión al interior de  la estructura armada ilegal,  lo que arroja tragedias como la ocurrida en el municipio de Tibú, en norte de Santander, que ha sido reivindicada por el grupo armado ilegal del ELN, que cobro la vida de dos miembros de la policías nacional y una mujer civil, junto a varios heridos que transitaba por el lugar en el preciso momento de los hechos violentos, los cuales fueron transportados en helicópteros hacia la ciudad de Cúcuta en busca de atención medica de alta complejidad.

Sigo creyendo en los buenos gestos del presidente de la república, en su compromiso con la consecución de la paz total, sin embargo, expreso, mi inconformidad con la pobre labor o función que desempeña el señor Danilo Ruedas, como Alto Comisionado de Paz, que con sus declaraciones le da cierto grado de legitimidad a la violencia, al reconocer que el eln, al menos ha sido responsable por aceptar la autoría en el atentado perpetrado en Tibú, Norte de Santander, por lo que  considero  que el comisionado debe dar un paso al costado y declararse insubsistente, por su incompetencia y desaciertos en el manejo de la paz en el país.

Nuestra idiosincrasia nos ha enseñado, que no se puede ceder, sin negociar y eso es lo que ha llevado al país, en estos tiempos al incremento de las acciones violentas, por partes de los actores armados al margen de la ley.

El restablecimiento del orden es un deber del estado, que mediante el empleo de la s fuerzas debe retomar aquellas regiones, donde se presentan estos brotes de ingobernabilidad, ya que no encuentro lógica, ante el ofrecimiento benevolente del estado, se reciba como respuesta esta clase de acciones que enlutan a las familias en Colombia.

Si de existir otra forma, que nos conduzcan, a la resolución del eterno conflicto armado, preséntenla y evitemos el baño de sangre, que llena de huérfanos, de viudas y madres que claman desconsoladamente el fin de una guerra, con conveniencias para uno y tragedias para otros.

Veo al horizonte declinar al sol, junto a el las esperanzas de la paz total en el ocaso.
